  1. Detailed description of goods and/or services

Infoscan Pty Ltd trading as Storafile is a business in the Commercial and Professional Services industry that provides Records and Information Management Services and Products.

  1. Pricing and payment

Prices throughout the website are quoted in South African Rands (ZAR), and payment can only be accepted in ZAR. Packing and delivery costs, if any, will be added to the total price of your purchase and 15% Vat will be added to the final invoice.

While we make every effort to ensure that the products shown on our website are currently available at the price shown, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If products you have ordered are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible.

The price you pay is the price of the products shown at the time you place your order, even if the price of the product has since changed.

Your payment card will be debited for your order at the time the order is placed. By submitting an online order through the Storafile website, you expressly agree not to request a ‘charge back’ of any fees or payments for said orders, and that no dispute with Storafile will be raised with or adjudicated by the credit card company. Rather, you agree to contact Storafile directly to resolve the issue or obtain a refund pursuant to the product guarantee.

Where an offer mentions that an item is reduced in price, eg: half-price, the discount will be calculated at checkout before any postage or packaging charges are applied

  1. Ordering

By completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Please note that products will not be sent until we have authorisation from your payment card issuer. We will not be liable if there is a delay, and we will not accept your order if payment is not authorised.

Certain steps must be followed for a contract to be formed, as described below.

After you have placed your order:

You will receive an email to acknowledge your order. It will confirm which products you have ordered, but it may not constitute an acceptance of your order. You may be directed to a third-party site to complete your order.

We do not have to accept your order, and for example, we will not accept your order if:

  • We do not have the products in stock
  • Your payment is not authorised
  • There is an error on our website regarding the price or other details of the products
  • You have cancelled your order

We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Under no circumstances will Storafile be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or arising from the delivery, non-delivery, furnishing, performance, failure or use of any product, license or service contemplated.

If payment has already been made or your account has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, we will refund you.

  1. Accuracy of Information on the site

We do our best to ensure that information on the site is complete, accurate and current. Despite our efforts, however, information on the site may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. All specifications, products, descriptions and prices of products on the site are subject to change at any time without notice. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colours and dimensions. However the actual colour you see will depend on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information, content or materials provided through the site.

The inclusion of any products or services on the site at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

  1. Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 7 days and delivery confirmed by way Email.

Delivery fees are R200.00 (excl.vat) within a 20km radius from our offices in Johannesburg and Cape Town.

Any deliveries outside a 20km radius may be subject to additional fees and will need to be quoted and invoiced separately.

Products may be collected from our offices, however only after your order has been accepted and confirmation that the order is ready for collection via email has been sent to you.

  1. Export restriction

The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.

  1. Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by Storafile is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Storafile will refund the client

in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee.

  1. Customer Privacy policy

Storafile shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal

information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from: http://www.polity.org.za/attachment.php?aa_id=3569 .

  1. Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard.

  1. Card acquiring and security

Card transactions will be acquired for Storafile via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African

Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

  1. Customer details separate from card details

Customer details will be stored by Storafile separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.

  1. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is

South African Rand (ZAR).

  1. Responsibility

Storafile takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website,

customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

  1. Country of domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Storafile chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, Unit 2 Sandton Commercial Village, 15th Street, Eastgate, Sandton 2090.

  1. Variation

Storafile may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
